    The fresh raw product that is ready for your Oil fryer, Hot Air Fryer, or Conventional Oven, at Home..
    Make them fresh any time you want them. They are lightly pre salted.. you can season with a host of popcorn salts
    Available at Walmart or any grocer that stocks popcorn salt.. Salt and vinegar is one of the most popular and Cajun Spice like Tony Cachere’s Creole seasoning, available most everywhere.
    Note.. Do not refrigerate or freeze the raw product. Keep in a cool dry space in your pantry .. it is good for about 18 months

    Frying method
    .. Heat oil to 400-450 degrees.. completely submerge for at least one minute..stir and re submerge for another 20 to 30 seconds .. remove allow excess oil to drain and cool and add salt as desired
    Hot Air Fryer Method
    .. Set Fryer at 400 degrees and cook for 10 minutes .. allow to cool and add extra salt as desired.
    These come out perfect to me .. you may like yours more crispy add minutes as needed
    Conventional Oven Method
    .. Heat oven 400-450 degrees and place on a cookie sheet skin side up.. cook for 30-40 minutes until skin starts to crackle .. your results may vary between ovens.. allow to cool and again salt as desired.
